1. About the Institute
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, programmes, courses and educational services offered by:

By enrolling in a programme, purchasing an educational service or making a payment to the Institute, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Educational Services
The Institute provides online educational programmes, courses, lectures, academic resources and related educational services.
The content, duration, timetable, mode of delivery, tuition fee, currency and other important information relating to each programme will be displayed on the relevant programme/enrolment page or otherwise communicated to the student before enrolment.
3. Enrolment
Enrolment is subject to:
- availability of places;
- completion of any required registration information;
- satisfaction of any stated eligibility requirements; and
- payment of the applicable fee or an approved installment.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute enrolment.
The Institute reserves the right to decline an application where reasonable and lawful grounds exist.
4. Fees and Payments
Programme/course fees and the applicable currency will be disclosed before payment.
Payments may be processed using Safepay or another payment method expressly provided by the Institute.
Students are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when making payment is accurate.
Where currency conversion, international card charges, bank charges or similar charges are imposed independently by a student’s bank/card issuer, those charges are outside the Institute’s control.
5. Installment Arrangements
The Institute may, at its discretion, allow a student experiencing financial difficulty to pay tuition fees through an agreed installment plan.
An installment arrangement must be expressly approved by the Institute.
The amount and due date of each installment will be communicated to the student.
An installment arrangement does not automatically alter the total tuition fee for the programme.
Where a student withdraws, amounts paid and future installments will be dealt with according to the Institute’s Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
6. Online Course Delivery
Courses may be delivered through live online classes, recorded materials, digital resources, learning platforms or a combination of these methods, as specified for the relevant programme.
Students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, equipment and software required to participate in online learning.
Temporary technical problems affecting an individual student’s internet connection or device do not ordinarily constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Timetables and Changes
The Institute aims to deliver classes according to the published or communicated schedule.
However, reasonable changes may occasionally be necessary because of instructor availability, technical difficulties, public holidays, emergencies or other circumstances.
Where a class is postponed, the Institute will normally arrange a replacement or reasonable alternative.
A routine rescheduling of a class does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.
8. Educational Outcomes and Certificates
The Institute is committed to providing the educational service described for each programme. However, individual academic outcomes depend upon factors including attendance, participation, study and assessment performance.
Enrolment does not guarantee a particular grade, academic result, professional appointment or other personal outcome.
Where a programme offers a certificate, students must satisfy the stated attendance, assessment or completion requirements before a certificate is issued.
9. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- communicate respectfully with instructors and fellow students;
- comply with reasonable academic instructions;
- avoid disruptive or abusive behaviour;
- maintain academic integrity;
- refrain from unauthorized recording, copying or redistribution of course material; and
- use Institute services for legitimate educational purposes.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or removal from a programme. Any financial consequences will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable refund policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original lectures, presentations, notes, course materials, recordings, graphics, assessments and other materials created by the Institute remain the intellectual property of the Institute and/or their respective rights holders.
Enrolment provides the student with a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Institute course materials for their own study.
Students may not, without permission:
- reproduce or redistribute course materials;
- upload them publicly;
- sell or commercially exploit them;
- share paid course access with another person; or
- record and distribute live classes.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are governed by the Institute’s separate Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Students are encouraged to read that policy before making payment.
12. Complaints
Students who have concerns about an educational service, payment, instructor interaction or other aspect of the Institute should contact:

We will normally acknowledge a complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a resolution or substantive response within 10 business days.
More complex matters may require additional time. If so, the student will be informed.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
The Institute will exercise reasonable care in providing its educational services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Institute is not responsible for interruptions or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including widespread internet outages, third-party platform failures or other force-majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to These Terms
The Institute may update these Terms and Conditions when its programmes, services, payment arrangements or legal requirements change.
The version applicable to a student’s transaction will ordinarily be the version published or communicated at the relevant time.
